Ingredients

  • 45ml Honey Hunter Rum
  • 22ml Campari
  • 45ml Pineapple juice
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Demerara syrup
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
