Ingredients
- 45ml Honey Hunter 4 Year Old Rum
- 22.5ml Fresh lime juice
- 12 Fresh mint leaves
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 22.5ml Soda
- Fresh crushed ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Method
Add the lime juice, sugar and mint into a highball glass and muddle with a bar spoon. Half fill the glass with crushed ice and add Honey Hunter Rum. Top the mixture with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
