Rum Sour

Ingredients

  • 50ml Honey Hunter Rum
  • 20ml Fresh orange juice
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Rich sugar syrup (2:1 ratio of sugar to water)
  • 15ml Pasteurised egg white

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain back into the shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify. Fine strain into a chilled glass.
