Zombie
Ingredients
- 120ml Honey Hunter Rum
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 15ml Donn’s mix (cinnamon syrup & grapefruit juice)
- 15ml Falernum
- 5ml Grenadine
- 4 dashes Pernod
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender with 180ml crushed ice. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a tall glass or tiki mug, adding more crushed ice if needed. Garnish with a mint sprig.
