Ingredients

  • 120ml Honey Hunter Rum
  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Donn’s mix (cinnamon syrup & grapefruit juice)
  • 15ml Falernum
  • 5ml Grenadine
  • 4 dashes Pernod
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Method

Add all ingredients into a blender with 180ml crushed ice. Blend on high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a tall glass or tiki mug, adding more crushed ice if needed. Garnish with a mint sprig.
