Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 45ml Honey Hunter 4 Year Old Rum
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 7.5ml Orgeat syrup
- 15ml Orange curacao
- 7.5ml Simple syrup
- 2 dashes of Orange bitters
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Mint sprig and lime wedge for garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wedge.
