Rum Cocktails
Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 60ml Honey Hunter 4 Year Old Rum
- 45ml Coconut cream
- 45ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Crushed ice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice and blend for 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
