Rum Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 50ml Honey Hunter Rum
- 5ml Sugar syrup
- A few dashes of Orange bitters
- Ice cubes
- Orange peel, for garnish
Method
In a mixing glass, combine half the rum, sugar syrup, and bitters with three ice cubes. Stir until the glass feels cold. Add the remaining rum and a few more ice cubes. Stir gently. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
