Rum Cocktails
Rum Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 40ml Freshly brewed espresso
- 40ml Honey Hunter Rum
- 15ml Orange liqueur
- 10ml Chocolate liqueur
- 7.5ml Vanilla syrup
Optional Garnish
- 3 Coffee beans
- ¼ tsp Grated chocolate
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30–40 seconds until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans and grated chocolate if desired.
